YCN - Crit Feedback

This is the feedback from the first YCN crit.



The feedback is pretty positive. Everyone seemed to think that we had a nice concept for the brief in terms of the tasting event and some of our first ideas about implementing marketing. The biggest issue was that we haven't particularly thought of methods of promotion; we were much more focussed on the concept of the campaign. 
In response to this feedback we need to do a lot of research into different kinds of promotion, not just posters, mailshots, adverts etc. as we need to find something that makes the brand much more exclusive. 

One idea that came through group discussion was to use really subtle/vague advertising of the event so that people will be interested and find out more on their own which immediately forces the campaign to be interactive and creates a much more engaged reaction to the advert than others would.
