PPD Feedback
From the PPD session I got this feedback below. It was generally all really positive and gave me some stuff to think about and some things that I hadn't noticed. We then got into groups of 5 (Me, Ben, Niall, Will and Ceara) who will be my group from now until the end of the course, and worked out some stuff to think about and some things to address within the work.
Business Card Illustration
I changed the illustration on the reverse of the card by vectoring it properly, making it much higher quality and a lot neater compared to the last one. These images show the difference below.
The design looks a lot better vectored and puts me across much more professionally as a designer and illustrator.
Business Card Development
from the first draft of business cards I wanted to develop the type further and maybe change the image. I also redrew the Will Duffy type to make it a bit neater for illustrator.
Below is the development process and then the final type for the front of the card.
I think this is a much more professional looking business card design when compared to the last one. It could do with a bit more work but I'm pretty pleased with this one for now.
