Speaking from Experience - Crit Feedback

This is the feedback from the crit on friday 7th may:

The feedback was again quite positive but it confirmed some of my worries.
At the moment I have been focussing on the design of the money box which has resulted in a really complex idea which is probably a bit beyond my ability in actually crafting.
As a really good solution to this problem it was suggested that I just use an existing fire blanket and modify it myself with stickers to cover any existing information and show what I want to.
This is a really good idea as it gives a solid structure to work with rather than the proposed card and glue design that I was working with.

Other issues raised were regarding the booklet that comes with the money box. I will have to make sure that it is categorised in a clear way and make sure that it is not too complex. In fact it was also suggested that I might not even need a booklet, and some kind of poster could be just as useful.

Other than this, it was made clear that I really have to concentrate on the fun side of it .

Today I will try and find a fire blanket that I can buy and start to work with but if I cant find one I should really scrap that idea and backtrack so that I can produce something with high enough quality and a range of products to meet the brief as best as I can.
